The gaming industry is still reeling from this week's news about Microsoft acquiring Activision Blizzard for nearly $70 billion. Having faced significant allegations relating to sexual harassment and a toxic workplace, Head of Xbox Phil Spencer says they've had a "good discussion" relating to this.
Speaking with The Washington Post, Spencer mentioned Microsoft's process regarding these ongoing incidents. Part of his statement reads as:

However, Microsoft won't be involved in the legal talks Activision Blizzard are currently engaged with. Spencer added: “We had to look at that forward plan and ensure we had a kind of confidence in that.”
